Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 August 2026
Kimogino is used by parents on behalf of children, so we keep the amount of data we hold as small as possible. This page explains exactly what that means.
What we store
- Your email address and login details, so you can sign back in.
- The pictures you choose to save, plus the idea text, child's first name and age band you typed for them. These live in private storage only you can read.
- Your picture balance and a record of each purchase (amount, date, status).
- A scrambled, one-way fingerprint of the network address used for the free trial picture, so the free try cannot be repeated endlessly. The address itself is not stored.
What we never store
- Reference photos you upload. They are passed straight to the drawing model in memory for that one request and are never written to disk, storage or a database.
- Card numbers. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see card details.
Children's data
A child's first name and age band are optional and only used to shape the artwork. We do not knowingly collect any other information about a child, and children do not have accounts of their own.
Who we share with
- The AI provider that draws the picture, which receives the prompt for that request.
- Stripe, which processes payments and handles tax and receipts.
- Our hosting and database provider, which stores your account and saved gallery.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Your gallery keeps your 50 most recent saved pictures; older ones are removed automatically. Everything else is kept until you delete your account. Payment records are kept afterwards for accounting and refund purposes, with no personal details attached.
Your choices
You can delete individual pictures from your gallery, or delete your whole account and data from the Account page. To request a copy of your data, email us.
