Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Kimogino, a service that turns a child's idea into printable artwork. By creating an account or making a picture you agree to them.

Who can use Kimogino

Accounts are for adults aged 18 or over. A parent or guardian must set up the account and supervise any child using it. Children must not create accounts themselves.

Pictures and picture packs

• Every account gets a small number of free pictures.
• Extra pictures are sold in one-off packs. They are charged once, never renew, and do not expire.
• A picture is only counted when artwork is delivered. If generation fails, the picture is returned to your balance automatically.
• Packs are for personal use by one household and cannot be transferred or resold.

Your artwork

You own the artwork you create with Kimogino and may print it on products for personal use, including gifts. Kimogino keeps a licence to store the file so it can appear in your gallery. You are responsible for making sure your ideas do not use characters, logos or brands you have no right to print commercially.

Fair use

Kimogino is built for children's imagination. Do not use it to make violent, sexual, hateful or otherwise harmful images, to impersonate real people, or to generate pictures in bulk by automated means. We limit how fast pictures can be made, and we may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Uploaded reference photos

A photo you upload as a style or likeness reference is sent to the drawing model for that single request and is never stored by us. Only upload photos of a child you are responsible for.

Service availability

We aim to keep Kimogino running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or that every generated picture will meet your expectations. Artwork is produced by an AI model and results vary.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. Deleting removes your login, your saved gallery and any remaining pictures. Payment records are kept only as long as needed for accounting and refunds.
