Refund Policy

Kimogino sells one-off picture packs. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically.

Failed pictures are free

You are only charged a picture when artwork is actually delivered. If the drawing model fails or the picture never finishes, that picture goes straight back into your balance — no request needed.

Unused packs

If you have not used any pictures from a pack, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full.

Partly used packs

If you have used some of a pack, we can refund the unused share at our discretion. When a partial refund is issued, the matching number of pictures is removed from your balance automatically.

Something went wrong

If pictures were charged but never delivered, or you were billed twice, contact us and we will put it right.

Chargebacks

If a payment is disputed with your bank, the related pictures are put on hold while the case runs. If the dispute is resolved in your favour the charge is reversed; if it is resolved in ours, the pictures are returned to your balance.

How to ask

Email Kimogino.ai@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the purchase date and amount. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.
